- there were window blinds in the infant room and toddler room that have cords that could form a loop - there were cords in the preschool room that could pose a choking hazard - there was an outlet in the downstairs bathroom that was by the bathroom sink and was not a GFCI outlet - the power strip under the computer in the preschool classroom was accessible to the children
